These are estimates, not advice
Every calculator on CalcMyWay is an educational tool. It applies a published formula to the numbers you supply. It does not know your full circumstances, and it cannot tell you what to do.
Financial calculators
Results are illustrations, not offers or quotes. A real lender’s figures will differ because they factor in your credit history, fees, points, insurance requirements, the specific property and their own underwriting. Investment projections assume a constant rate of return, which no real market delivers; actual returns vary and you can lose money. Tax treatment depends on your jurisdiction and personal situation and changes over time. Speak to a qualified financial adviser, mortgage broker or accountant before committing.
Health and fitness calculators
These implement population-level screening formulas. They are not a diagnosis and cannot account for your medical history, body composition, medication or any condition you have. BMI in particular is a crude measure that cannot distinguish muscle from fat and is not valid for children, during pregnancy, or for highly muscular people. Never use a result here to start, stop or change treatment. Consult a doctor or registered dietitian.
Accuracy
We publish the formula behind every calculator precisely so you can check our working, and we cite sources where a calculation encodes someone else’s rules. We still cannot guarantee that every result is correct or current. Rates, thresholds and statutory limits change, and a figure that was right when reviewed may be out of date. Each page shows when it was last reviewed.
If you spot an error, please tell us — we treat correction reports as a priority.
External links
We link to third-party sources, mostly official ones, so you can verify the rules we have encoded. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Your decisions are yours
Use these calculators to understand a problem and to prepare for a conversation with someone qualified — not as a substitute for that conversation.
