Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 October 2026

Agreement

By using CalcMyWay you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What you may do

  • Use any calculator, free of charge, for personal or commercial purposes.
  • Embed a calculator in your own site using the embed code we provide, as long as the attribution link stays intact and visible.
  • Use our public JSON API for reasonable, non-abusive volumes. We ask that you cache responses rather than re-request identical calculations.
  • Quote and link to our explanations with attribution.

What you may not do

  • Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or bypass technical limits we put in place.
  • Republish our calculators or written explanations wholesale as your own content.
  • Remove, obscure or alter attribution in an embed.
  • Use the site to break the law, or to mislead anyone about what a result means.

No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided “as is”. We work hard to be accurate, we publish our formulas so they can be checked, and we fix errors we learn about — but we do not warrant that every result is free of error, nor that a calculator fits your particular circumstances. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

Not professional advice

Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice. See our disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including any decision made on the basis of a calculation.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, written explanations and software are owned by Zeplik, Inc.. The underlying mathematical formulas are not owned by anyone and you are free to use them.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
